Finnair rygtræneren er ligeså god som dem i fitnesscentrene, fungerer fantastisk og var nem at montere.

Sehr gut verarbeiteter Rückentrainer zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Der Aufbau war einfach und ging schneller als das Auspacken. Einzig die Handgriffe hätten etwas weiter auseinander stehen können.

Ho questa panca da diversi anni, suggerita e fatta acquistare nel tempo anche ad altre persone, sofferenti alla schiena. L'attrezzo nella sua semplicità è robusto, pratico e immediato da richiudere in mancanza di spazio. Personalmente mi ha "salvato la vita", soffrendo io di mal di schiena, e chi ha il problema sa quanto sia debilitante. Il beneficio è duplice, immediato già al primo utilizzo, per l'effetto stretching ai muscoli dorsali. Permanente e duraturo, invece, praticando, ad esempio, a giorni alterni tre cicli di 10 flessioni, per alcune settimane, meglio ancora per mesi. Già dopo alcune settimane si ottiene un aumento di volume e tonicità dei muscoli lombari e dorsali, con evidente miglioramento dei problemi alla schiena. Quindi non è solo un valido e robusto attrezzo da palestra, ma anche un "salva vita" per chi soffre alla schiena...... [Read more]
