ich bin sehr froh über die Bestellung des Flexi Bar. Es ist das erste Fitnessgerät welches ich nicht nur von weitem ansehe. Meine anfangs bestehende Skepsis war nach intensivem benutzen des Flexi bar schnell verflogen. Super auch die Videos und Tipps dazu. Habe seitdem benutzen eine gute Körperspannung bekommen, keine Schulterschmerzen mehr. Danke an Barbara Klein für die tolle Erfindung. LG Fr. Wilde

Ich kenne den Original Swingstick aus dem Reha Sport und nutze ihn 3x in der Woche für kurze Trainingseinheiten. Sehr gut für die Tiefenmuskulatur. Erfordert allerdings auch etwas Übung. Gute Übungs Videos mit Anleitung findet man im Internet. Von der Bestellung bis zum Versand lief alles einwandfrei.

Výborné cvičební nářadí, které dokáže posílit spoustu svalů. Začátečník musí cvičit opatrně, aby se po cvičení nedostavily bolesti zápěstí. Uvítala bych, kdyby bylo přiloženo pár základních cviků a popis, jak flexi-bar správně držet.

Den Schwungstab Flexi Bar kenne ich schon seit Jahren. Ich trainiere Hinrunde wieder im Fitness-Studio damit und habe es mir nun persönlich gekauft. Es liegt sehr gut in der Hand. Es macht Spaß, ihn zu nutzen.

Da ich sonst nur Flexibar im Kurs im Studio mache, ist es sehr praktisch, den auch online kaufen zu können. Ist der gleiche Stab wie im Studio. Gibt nichts zu bemängeln
