The Gungnir Dumbler Dumbbells are the world's first dumbbells with a built-in lock. The unique SlideLock technology uses a titanium slider with a magnetic core. By lifting it only slightly, the slider moves smoothly on the weight holders and locks into place at the desired position.

Safe and long-lasting

The combination of a magnetic slider and a groove made of heavy-duty steel ensure the lock is extremely secure. Once the lock is in place, it doesn't give a millimetre. The stability has already been tested under the toughest conditions. This makes the dumbbells exceptionally safe and durable, and they even allow you to do exercises in a vertical position where conventional locks would slip. These include goblet squats or tricep presses, for instance. The built-in lock saves you time when changing weights and you'll never lose locks again.

The Gungnir Dumbler Dumbbells Pair 50 mm meet international competition standards and are made of the highest quality stainless steel. The 50 mm dumbbell holder is compatible with all corresponding weight plates. Each dumbbell can be loaded with up to 120 kg. The dumbbell holders are coated with electrolyte-free nickel and have rounded grooves, allowing the weight plates to be pushed onto the holders virtually resistance-free and conveniently.
