The Taurus Weight Bench B450 can be varied in multiple ways and offers numerous exercise possibilities. The backrest can be adjusted to 7 different angles, from -20° up to 85°, so that exercises such as negative bench press are possible with the Taurus Weight Bench B450. The seat can also be adjusted to 3 different positions.

Use the Taurus Weight Bench B450 in upright position to do shoulder exercises or isolated biceps curls. The comfortable cushioning supporting the back is a little wider in the hip area and gets smaller in the upper back area to ensure optimal mobility for shoulder muscles.

The Taurus Weight Bench B450 has a sturdy steel frame. It has a double back strut for perfect stability. Thanks to the transport wheels and the practical handle below the seat, the Taurus Weight Bench B450 is comfortable to move. The wide stabilisers ensure additional security during training.

Eine Trainingsbank zu kaufen erwies sich schnell als Qual der Wahl. Zu klein, zu groß, zu plump, zu hässlich, zu billig, zu unhandlich.... Bis ich diese Bank entdeckte: Perfekt für zu Hause, nicht zu filigran, nicht zu groß, dennoch volles Studio-Feeling, auch negative Neigung möglich, Lehne breit genug, Optik und Material ansprechend, die ganze Bank wirkt beim Training sehr stabil und standsicher, ist aber dennoch sehr einfach zu transportieren. Einfach vorne am Griff anheben, dann greifen die Rollen und die Bank lässt sich mit einer Hand sehr einfach bewegen und lenken. Tolle Bank!... [Read more]

Habe lange gesucht und endlich gefunden. Die Bank ist stabil und vor allen leicht verstellbar, ohne Führungsrohre, Stifte oder Bolzen. Die Polster sind gut und riechen nicht. Einzig der vordere Stand-Fuß könnte breiter sein: Wenn man sitzt und sein Körpergewicht auf die linke oder rechte Pobacke verlagert, verzieht sich die Bank. Ein breiterer Fuß würde Abhilfe schaffen.

Ble veldig skuffet da jeg skulle montere sammen benken! Sveiseskjøten på den ene foten som skal skyves inn i rammen var for stor slik at hullene hullene på rammen ikke stemte overens med gjengene på foten.. Måtte til med dremmelen for å slipe litt på sveiseskjøten og skruehullet for å få skruene til å passe. Hullene på stengene som skulle skrues på ryggplaten stemte heller ikke 100%, men de fikk jeg til å passe med bruke av endel makt. Men etter å endelig ha fått skrudd sammen benken så var det en god benk! Bare synd at dårlig preproduksjon gjorde at benken fikk en 3er isteden for en 5er.... [Read more]
