The built-in quick-adjustment levers allow you to adjust the seat to your ideal training position in a matter of seconds. With five backrest positions and two seat positions, the bench can be adjusted to suit many different exercises. Thanks to its transport wheels, the training bench can be moved easily, giving you flexibility and independence.

Optional accessories for an even better workout

The Inspire FT1 Weight Bench is compatible with Inspire attachments: the Preacher Curl Attachment enables you to perform exercises specifically targeting the biceps, while the Leg Extension/ Leg Curl Attachment allows you to perform exercises targeting the legs. These additions open up completely new possibilities for an even more varied workout.
