With a length of 167cm, it is better suited for biceps exercises than a 220cm bar. It is also better suited for beginners doing bench presses than a longer bar, as it needs less balancing than a longer bar.

The inner length of the bar is 115mm, and the diameter of the grip is approx. 29.5cm. The grip is furthermore milled, offering a good grip. The 25cm weight sleeves of the bar have ball bearings.

The maximum load is approx. 380kg with exercises with a wide grip such as bench press. With exercises with a narrower grip, the maximum load is lower.
